Anyone can post: owners, tenants, buyers, agents and service providers. Only agents can apply for the blue tick.
Who can post
Owners, tenants and buyers: post properties for sale or rent, or wanted-to-buy and wanted-to-rent requests.
Agents: the same, plus your licence number and agency. You can apply for a blue tick.
Loan bankers, renovators, interior designers and lawyers: post a service profile so people can find you in the services directory.
The four ticks
No tickNewly registered and not yet checked. You can post as normal.
Grey tickIdentity checked.
Blue tickFor agents only: the licence number matches the official register. Applications are reviewed by hand and are free for now.
Gold tickReserved for a future visibility plan and not available yet. Ticks only affect visibility; they are not a rating.
Not allowed
Fake listings, or properties you have no right to sell or rent out.
Posting the same unit more than once.
Misleading prices, such as showing only the down payment as the price, or a price that doesn't match the real one.
Other people's phone numbers, ID numbers or personal details, or harassing or discriminatory content.
How to report
Every listing and service profile has a Report button. Choose a reason and send it. Our team reviews each report by hand and removes posts that break the rules. Listings expire after 30 days; tap “Still available” to renew.
All contact stays on NILE Home. The other person can't see your phone number unless you agree to share it.
